Our shipping prices are calculated based on weight and size. We also offer flat rate shipping on some items and free local pickup if you are in the Boise, Idaho area.  You may view calculated shipping costs in your shopping cart.

Orders for in stock items ship within 1-2 business days.

Our Returns Policy

Shopping at rosieMADE LLC is all about helping people! So, if you’re not happy with your purchase, we want to help! Please follow our guidelines for returns and exchanges, or contact us with further questions.

All returns should be made within 30 days from the date your order shipped from us.

Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt. Please allow 5-10 business days for package transit.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where rosieMADE LLC created a shipping error.

The following items are non-refundable:

• Items received in damaged or worn condition
• Food Items
• Free Gifts

How to Make a Return

1. Read “Our Returns Policy” to make sure the item is eligible for return.

2. Contact our customer service team for a free, prepaid return label.

3. Circle the names of the items you are returning on the original invoice, noting the reason for return.

4. Carefully pack and place the items in new or like-new condition, in a securely sealed shipping container along with the orginal invoice. All items should have original tags and/or packaging attached.

5. Affix the label to your package, making sure there are no other shipping labels on it.

6. Send the package back by dropping it off at your nearest United States Post Office location.
