Grand Opening–with Appreciation
For those of you who made it out to our Grand Opening, I want to express my sincerest gratitude. For those who were with us in spirit (or following along via social media), your support means the world to us, too. It’s really touching how much support rosieMADE has received since we launched online last November.
With your ongoing sales (that’s what a business needs in order to stay in business, right?), word of mouth, social shares, and online support, we hope to have many years ahead of us. That way, we can continue to help our vendors/consignors grow and to promote amazing businesses through our in store and online efforts!
My husband and sister have both been invaluable in starting rosieMADE, and getting our store open!
I have to include a picture of Ella, too—since she’s my inspiration for trying to build a better America.
I wanted to give a big THANK YOU to the exhibitors that came out! We loved having each one here to share in the fun! Plus, she’s adorable and the bright spot in my day, no matter how good or bad my day has been.

We were so excited that local bloggers Aunie (Aunie Sauce), Tanya (Style Spy Girl), Ashley (Rustic Living), and Amy (Sugared Rush–pictured below under giveaways) came out for this event! These are great women in the Treasure Valley to follow! I love how charming, personable, and unique each of them is!
I was really excited to introduce Momo Dumplings to some of our audience—almost everyone had heard of this great restaurant and many people were already major fans. I’m really excited that rosieMADE got to be the place where the newbies tried it for the first time. We snacked on some homemade items–salsa, tomato basil jam, pickles, and pickled peppers, along with veggies and hummus.
The generous donation of giveaway items was overwhelming! So many attendees won great prizes, including massages from Wholistic Beauty Boutique and JMZ Spa-lon, artwork from E11even Shades Studio, a free office visit from Essential Life Boise, a yarn cowl from Split Pea, an air purifier from Vollara, a backpack from iTySE, and a basket of products from Soda Works/Bee Wise Goods.
